Honestly, what I want to share today is very simple: keeping a daily gratitude practice in Notion. I run a single, plain page each day and jot down a few short lines about what I felt grateful for. It doesn’t have to be long or pretty — the point is just getting it out of my head.

The nice thing about doing this in Notion is that everything lives in one place. I can scroll back through old entries, turn it into a reusable template, and after a few weeks it becomes a timeline of good moments I might otherwise have forgotten. On a rough day, rereading it actually helps a lot.

The only tip I have is to keep it as easy as possible — three lines a day is plenty. The easier it is, the longer you’ll stick with it, because the heart of this isn’t a beautiful Notion page. It’s taking a short pause each day to notice what you have to be thankful for.

Notion
