The Problem
Hotel front desk staff are overwhelmed by repetitive guest inquiries about room availability, amenities, check-in times, and local recommendations -- especially across multiple properties with different offerings.
The Solution
Built an AI concierge bot deployed on a VPS serving 4 hotel properties simultaneously. Uses RAG with hotel-specific knowledge bases so each property gets accurate, contextual responses. Supports both Telegram and LINE channels. Handles room inquiries, facility information, local attraction recommendations, and booking assistance in Thai and English.
