The Problem
Tourists in Thailand's secondary cities (beyond Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai) struggle to find authentic activities. Static guidebooks go stale; Google Maps lacks local context. Local activity providers have no easy way to keep their hours, availability, or special announcements current online.
The Solution
Built a two-sided mobile web app for the Google Gemma 4 Hackathon. Tourists see a map + bottom-sheet of curated Entries (Activities + Places), with live status overrides set by owners via magic-link edit URLs -- no passwords. An AI chatbot generates day-plans from on-the-ground data. MVP scoped to one Thai secondary city; architected from day one for 55-city rollout.
