ช่วงนี้มีคนพูดเรื่อง AI จะทำให้คนตกงานเยอะมากครับ ส่วนตัวผมมองต่างนิดนึง ผมคิดว่า AI ไม่ได้ทำให้เราตกงานไปตลอด อย่างน้อยก็สำหรับคนที่ปรับตัว เพราะสิ่งที่มันกำลังทำจริงๆ คือมันเปลี่ยน “คนธรรมดา” ให้กลายเป็นคนที่ลงมือสร้างของได้เอง
ลองคิดดูว่าเมื่อก่อนถ้าใครอยากทำบริษัทหรือทำ product สักอย่าง มันมีกำแพงเต็มไปหมด ต้องมีทุน ต้องมีทีม ต้องจ้างคนเขียนโค้ด ต้องทำดีไซน์ ต้องทำการตลาด หลายคนมีไอเดียดีๆ แต่ไปไม่ถึงเพราะกำแพงพวกนี้สูงเกินไป พอมี AI เข้ามา กำแพงพวกนี้มันเตี้ยลงเยอะ คนคนเดียวทำของที่เมื่อก่อนต้องใช้ทั้งทีมได้แล้ว
เพราะแบบนี้ผมเลยมองว่ามันไม่ใช่เรื่องของการ “หายไป” ของงาน แต่เป็นเรื่องของการ “เปลี่ยนรูปแบบ” ของงานมากกว่า คนที่เคยอยากทำอะไรเป็นของตัวเองแต่ทำไม่ได้ ตอนนี้ทำได้ง่ายขึ้น พอคนลงมือทำเยอะขึ้น มันก็เกิดงานรูปแบบใหม่ๆ ตามมา เกิดธุรกิจเล็กๆ ที่เมื่อก่อนไม่มีทางเกิดได้
เอาจริงๆ ผมว่ากุญแจสำคัญคือการปรับตัวครับ ถ้าเรามอง AI เป็นเครื่องมือที่ช่วยให้เราสร้างของที่เคยทำไม่ได้ มากกว่าจะมองมันเป็นคู่แข่งที่มาแย่งงาน เราก็จะเป็นฝ่ายได้ประโยชน์จากคลื่นลูกนี้ ไม่ใช่ฝ่ายที่ถูกมันซัด
Lately a lot of people have been talking about how AI is going to put everyone out of work. Personally I see it a little differently. I don’t think AI takes your job forever — at least not for those who adapt — because what it’s actually doing is turning ordinary people into people who can build things themselves.
Think about it: in the past, if you wanted to start a company or build a product, there were walls everywhere. You needed capital, a team, people to write the code, designers, marketing. Plenty of people had good ideas but never got there because those walls were too high. With AI, a lot of those walls have come way down. One person can now build what used to take a whole team.
That’s why I see this not as work “disappearing” but as work “changing shape.” People who always wanted to do their own thing but couldn’t can now do it far more easily. And as more people start building, new kinds of work follow — small businesses that would never have existed before.
Honestly, I think the key is adaptation. If you see AI as a tool that lets you build things you couldn’t before, rather than a rival that’s coming for your job, you end up on the winning side of this wave instead of the side that gets knocked over by it.
