ลองทำผู้ช่วย AI ส่วนตัวขึ้นมาตัวนึงครับ แล้วชอบความอวดเก่งของน้องมาก 5555 พอถามว่าทำอะไรได้บ้าง น้องก็ไล่ลิสต์ skill ที่ตัวเองมีออกมายาวเหยียด บอกว่ามี skill เฉพาะทางกว่า 150 อย่างพร้อมใช้งาน

ที่น่าสนใจคือมันไม่ได้มีแค่ skill ทั่วๆ ไป แต่ลงลึกถึงสาย science เลย เช่น tool สาย biotech อย่าง Biopython, scanpy, RDKit และต่อเข้าฐานข้อมูลงานวิจัยอย่าง PubMed, PDB, ChEMBL ได้ด้วย ส่วนสาย data ก็มีครบตั้งแต่ analysis ด้วย polars, matplotlib, plotly ไปจนถึงการวาง workflow ทั้งเส้น

อีกจุดที่ผมว่าเจ๋งคือเรื่อง identity ของตัว assistant เอง มันมีไฟล์อย่าง BOOTSTRAP.md อยู่ใน workspace ที่ใช้ตั้งตัวตนและบริบทของน้องตั้งแต่เริ่ม พอมันรู้ว่าตัวเองเป็นใคร มีหน้าที่อะไร อยู่ใน context แบบไหน มันก็ทำงานได้ตรงจุดขึ้นเยอะ ไม่ใช่ผู้ช่วยลอยๆ ที่ตอบทุกอย่างแบบกลางๆ

เอาจริงๆ ผมว่าการที่น้อง “อวดเก่ง” ไล่ความสามารถตัวเองออกมาได้ขนาดนี้ มันเป็นสัญญาณที่ดีนะ แปลว่าเราวาง skill และ identity ให้มันชัดพอ จนมันรู้ขอบเขตและเครื่องมือของตัวเอง พอถึงเวลาใช้งานจริงมันก็หยิบ tool ถูกตัวมาทำงานได้ ไม่ต้องมานั่งบอกทีละสเต็ป

I built myself a personal AI assistant recently, and honestly I love how much it shows off. When I asked what it could do, it rattled off an enormous list of its own skills — telling me it had 150+ specialized skills ready to go.

The interesting part is that these aren’t just generic skills. On the data side it covers everything from analysis with polars, matplotlib, and plotly to wiring up whole workflows.

Another thing I thought was great is the assistant’s own sense of identity. There’s a file like BOOTSTRAP.md sitting in its workspace that sets up who it is and its context right from the start. Once it knows who it is, what its job is, and what kind of context it’s operating in, it works far more on-point — instead of being a vague assistant that answers everything in a generic way.

Honestly, the fact that it can “show off” and list its own capabilities like this is a good sign. It means I gave it clear enough skills and identity that it actually knows its own scope and tools. So when it’s time to do real work, it reaches for the right tool on its own — no need to spell out every step.
