เห็นข่าวว่า Cursor กำลังจะมาบน mobile แล้วครับ สำหรับคนที่ยังไม่รู้จัก Cursor คือ AI code editor ที่มี AI ฝังอยู่ในตัว เป็นตัวที่ผมใช้ทำงานแทบทุกวัน พอใช้ไปสักพักแล้วกลับไปเขียนแบบเดิมรู้สึกขัด ๆ ยังไงไม่รู้ครับ
เอาจริง ๆ สิ่งที่ผมตื่นเต้นไม่ใช่แค่ “เขียนโค้ดบนมือถือได้” เพราะจอเล็ก ๆ คงไม่เหมาะกับการพิมพ์โค้ดยาว ๆ อยู่แล้ว แต่ที่น่าสนใจกว่าคือการได้ขับ agent จากมือถือ จริง ๆ แล้ววิธีทำงานของผมทุกวันนี้เปลี่ยนไปเยอะ ผมไม่ได้นั่งพิมพ์ทุกบรรทัดเอง แต่สั่งงาน agent แล้วคอย review สิ่งที่มันทำมากกว่า ซึ่งงานแบบนี้ไม่จำเป็นต้องนั่งติดอยู่หน้าคอมตลอดเวลา
ลองคิดดูครับ พองานบางอย่างมัน run ยาว ๆ เราสั่ง agent ให้เริ่มทำไว้ แล้วลุกไปทำอย่างอื่นได้เลย ระหว่างนั่งรถ หรือนั่งรอกาแฟ ก็หยิบมือถือขึ้นมาเช็กได้ว่า agent ทำถึงไหนแล้ว ติดตรงไหนรึเปล่า ถ้าโอเคก็กดอนุมัติ ถ้ามีไอเดียใหม่ก็สั่งต่อได้เลยจากตรงนั้น มันคือการเอา workflow การเขียนโค้ดออกมาจากโต๊ะทำงาน
ส่วนตัวผมว่านี่คือการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีความหมายมากกว่าที่หลายคนคิด เพราะมันขยับ “การเขียนโค้ด” จากสิ่งที่ผูกกับสถานที่และเครื่องมือ ไปเป็นอะไรที่ทำได้จากทุกที่ที่เรามีมือถือกับสัญญาณเน็ต ยังไม่รู้วันปล่อยจริง แต่พอมาถึงเมื่อไหร่ผมขอลองเป็นกลุ่มแรก ๆ แน่นอนครับ
I saw that Cursor is coming to mobile. For anyone who hasn’t met it yet, Cursor is an AI code editor with AI built right in, and it’s the tool I reach for almost every day. After working this way for a while, going back to plain editing just feels a little off.
Honestly, what excites me isn’t really “writing code on a phone” — a tiny screen is never going to be great for typing out long stretches of code. What’s more interesting is being able to drive an agent from my phone. The truth is my workflow has shifted a lot already: I don’t type every line myself anymore, I hand work to an agent and spend more of my time reviewing what it produces. And that kind of work doesn’t require sitting glued to a desk.
Think about it. When a task runs long, I can kick the agent off and go do something else. In the car, or waiting for coffee, I can pull out my phone and check how far the agent got, whether it’s stuck on anything. If it looks good I approve it; if I have a new idea I can send it off right there. That’s pulling the whole coding workflow off the desk.
Personally, I think this is a more meaningful shift than it first sounds, because it moves “coding” from something tied to a place and a machine to something you can do anywhere you have a phone and a signal. No release date yet, but whenever it lands, I’ll be among the first to try it.
