ใครที่ทำ project หลายๆ อันพร้อมกันอยู่ ผมอยากแนะนำให้ลองเลยครับ ชีวิตดีขึ้น 1000% จริงๆ คือพอมีงานหลาย project เข้ามาพร้อมกัน หัวเรามันเริ่มจำไม่ไหวแล้วว่าอันไหนทำถึงไหน อันไหนค้างอยู่ตรงไหน
ตัวที่ผมลองคือ Cline Kanban ครับ มันคือ Kanban board สำหรับจัดการ project แบบที่เราคุ้นกัน มีคอลัมน์ Backlog / In Progress / Review / Trash ให้เราลากการ์ดงานไปมาได้ แต่จุดที่ทำให้มันต่างคือมันมี Kanban Agent อยู่ในตัว ที่คอยช่วยขยับงาน ช่วยจัดการ task ให้เราไม่ต้องมานั่งทำ overhead เองทั้งหมด
ข้อดีที่ผมสัมผัสได้ชัดเลยคือ มันทำให้เรามองเห็นภาพรวมของทุก project ในที่เดียว ว่าตอนนี้อะไรอยู่ใน Backlog อะไรกำลังทำ อะไรรอ review พอเห็นเป็นภาพแบบนี้ เราก็ตัดสินใจได้ง่ายขึ้นว่าจะหยิบอะไรขึ้นมาทำต่อ และไม่มีงานหล่นหายระหว่างทาง
เผื่อใครกำลังปวดหัวกับการสลับไปมาระหว่าง project หลายๆ อัน ลองเอาแนวคิด Kanban + agent แบบนี้ไปใช้ดูครับ มันช่วยลดภาระในหัวเราไปได้เยอะจริงๆ
If you’re running several projects at once, I really recommend giving this a try — it improved my life by 1000%. When a bunch of projects come in at the same time, your head can’t keep track anymore of which one is where and what’s left hanging.
The one I tried is Cline Kanban. It’s a Kanban board for managing projects in the way we’re all used to, with Backlog / In Progress / Review / Trash columns where you drag task cards around. But what sets it apart is the built-in Kanban Agent that helps move work along and manage tasks, so you don’t have to handle all the overhead yourself.
The benefit I felt most clearly is that it lets you see the whole picture of every project in one place — what’s in the Backlog right now, what’s in progress, what’s waiting for review. Once you can see it laid out like that, it’s much easier to decide what to pick up next, and nothing falls through the cracks along the way.
If you’re getting a headache from switching back and forth between many projects, try applying this Kanban + agent idea. It genuinely takes a lot of the load off your mind.
