- เห็นทั้ง fleet ในจอเดียว ตัวไหนติด ตัวไหนเสร็จ กระโดดเข้าไปคุมได้ทันที
เอาจริงๆ จุดเริ่มต้นมันมาจากความหงุดหงิดเล็กๆ ครับ พอผมเริ่มสั่ง Claude Code ทำงานหลายตัวพร้อมกัน เทอร์มินอลก็เปิดกระจัดกระจายเต็มจอไปหมด สุดท้ายงงเองว่าตัวไหนทำอะไรอยู่ ตัวไหนเสร็จแล้ว ตัวไหนค้างรอผมตอบ เลยลองต่อของเล่นขึ้นมาชิ้นนึง แล้วก็ตั้งชื่อหรูๆ ว่า mission control ไปเลย
ไอเดียมันง่ายมาก แทนที่จะปล่อยให้ terminal ลอยกันมั่ว ผมจับ agent แต่ละตัวยัดเข้าไปอยู่ใน “ห้อง” ของมันเอง หน้าจอธีมดำๆ มีหลายห้องเรียงกัน แต่ละห้องมี agent ตัวนึงนั่งรัน session ของมันอยู่ ที่ผมชอบสุดคือทุกห้องมี live terminal สดๆ ให้ดู คือนั่งจิบกาแฟแล้วดูมันพิมพ์ ดูมันคิด ดูมันลุยงานไปเรื่อยๆ ได้เลย เหมือนนั่งมองพนักงานทั้งออฟฟิศทำงานพร้อมกัน
ส่วนตัวผมว่าความฟินมันอยู่ตรงที่เห็นภาพรวมของทั้ง fleet ในจอเดียวนี่แหละครับ ตัวไหนติดอยู่ ตัวไหนกำลังลุย ตัวไหนทำเสร็จรอ review เห็นปุ๊บรู้ปั๊บ อยากเข้าไปดูใกล้ๆ หรือพิมพ์สั่งต่อ ก็กระโดดเข้า terminal ของห้องนั้นได้ทันที ไม่ต้องไล่หาเทอร์มินอลให้ปวดหัวเหมือนเมื่อก่อน
อันนี้เป็นแค่ก้าวแรกนะครับ แต่มันคือก้าวที่ทำให้ผมเริ่มมองงานแบบ “คุมทั้งกอง” ไม่ใช่ “คุมทีละตัว” แล้วหลังจากนี้มันก็ค่อยๆ โตไปเป็น setup แบบ multi-agent ที่ใหญ่กว่านี้อีก ซึ่งเดี๋ยวผมจะมาเล่าให้ฟังต่อ

Honestly, this started from a small frustration. Once I began running several Claude Code agents in parallel, terminals were scattered all over my screen, and I kept losing track of which one was doing what, which had finished, and which was stuck waiting on me. So I built a little toy and gave it the fancy name mission control.
The idea is simple. Instead of letting terminals float around at random, I put each agent into its own “room.” The dashboard is dark-themed, with several rooms lined up, and each room has one agent sitting there running its own session. My favorite part is that every room has a live terminal you can actually watch. I sip my coffee and watch it type, think, and work away, like looking at a whole office of staff working at the same time.
Personally, the satisfying part is seeing the whole fleet at a glance on one screen. Which one is stuck, which one is charging ahead, which one has finished and is waiting for review: you can tell instantly. And when you want a closer look or want to type a follow-up, you just jump straight into that room’s terminal, no more digging through a pile of windows.
This is only a first step, but it’s the step that got me thinking in terms of running the whole fleet instead of babysitting one agent at a time. From here it gradually grew into bigger multi-agent setups, which I’ll write about next.
