เพิ่งเรียนจบคอร์ส Introduction to Claude Cowork มาครับ พอเรียนจบก็ยังคิดเหมือนเดิมเลยว่า การ code ด้วย tool พวกนี้มันคือ co-work on steroid จริงๆ
ที่ผมใช้คำว่า co-work on steroid เพราะมันให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนเรานั่งทำงานคู่กับเพื่อนร่วมทีมที่เก่ง พร้อมตลอด และไม่เคยเหนื่อย เราโยนปัญหาให้ มันช่วยคิด ช่วยลงมือ ช่วยแตก task ออกเป็นชิ้นเล็กๆ แล้วลุยไปด้วยกัน แต่ที่มันเป็น “steroid” คือมันทำได้เร็วและกว้างกว่าการ pair กับคนปกติเยอะ
สิ่งที่ผมว่าคอร์สแบบนี้ช่วยได้คือมันทำให้เราเห็นวิธีคิดที่ถูกต้องตั้งแต่แรก แทนที่จะมานั่งลองผิดลองถูกเอง เช่นเรื่องการวางแผนงานก่อนเริ่ม การแตก task ให้ชัด การให้บริบทที่พอดี พวกนี้ฟังดูเล็กน้อย แต่พอวางให้ถูกตั้งแต่ต้น ผลลัพธ์มันต่างกันมาก
เอาจริงๆ ผมว่าจุดที่สำคัญที่สุดไม่ใช่ตัว tool แต่เป็น mindset ครับ ถ้าเรามองมันเป็นเพื่อนร่วมงานจริงๆ แล้วเรียนรู้วิธีทำงานร่วมกันให้ดี ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้มันจะไปไกลกว่าการใช้มันเป็นแค่ที่ถามคำตอบเฉยๆ เยอะมาก
I just finished the Introduction to Claude Cowork course. And after finishing it, I still think the same thing I did before: coding with these tools really is co-work on steroids.
I use the phrase “co-work on steroids” because it feels like sitting and working alongside a skilled teammate who’s always available and never gets tired. You throw a problem at it, it helps you think, helps you do the work, breaks the task into small pieces, and pushes forward with you. The “steroids” part is that it does all of this faster and across a wider range than pairing with a regular person.
What a course like this helps with is showing you the right way to think from the start, instead of figuring it all out through trial and error. Things like planning the work before you begin, breaking tasks down clearly, and giving just the right amount of context. They sound small, but getting them right from the start makes a huge difference in the result.
Honestly, I think the most important part isn’t the tool itself — it’s the mindset. If you treat it as a real coworker and learn how to work well together, the results go much further than if you use it as just a place to ask for answers.
