ในฐานะที่เป็นทั้งสัตวแพทย์และทาสแมว ผมเลยลองทำ “Cat Tracker” ขึ้นมาใน Notion ครับ ไอเดียง่ายๆ คืออยากเก็บข้อมูลของน้องแมวให้อยู่ในที่เดียว ไม่ต้องไปไล่หาในสมุดบ้าง ในแชตบ้าง หรือในหัวเราเองที่ลืมง่ายมาก
ผมทำเป็น database ใน Notion แล้วเก็บพวกน้ำหนักแต่ละเดือน ประวัติวัคซีน วันถ่ายพยาธิ นัดหมอ รวมถึงพฤติกรรมเล็กๆ น้อยๆ ที่สังเกตเห็น พอข้อมูลพวกนี้อยู่รวมกัน เวลาน้องไม่สบายหรือต้องพาไปหาหมอ เราหยิบประวัติมาดูได้ทันที ซึ่งช่วยได้มากในการดูแลครับ
จริงๆ แล้ววิธีนี้ไม่ได้จำกัดแค่แมว จะเป็นหมา หรือสัตว์เลี้ยงอื่นๆ ก็ปรับใช้ได้หมด หัวใจของมันคือการมีที่บันทึกง่ายๆ ที่เราเปิดอัพเดตได้บ่อยๆ เพราะการดูแลสัตว์เลี้ยงที่ดีเริ่มจากการรู้จักข้อมูลของเขาดีพอครับ
As both a veterinarian and a devoted cat person, I decided to build a “Cat Tracker” in Notion. The idea is simple: I wanted all of my cat’s information in one place, instead of scattered across a notebook, some chat thread, or my own memory — which forgets things far too easily.
I set it up as a Notion database and log things like monthly weight, vaccine history, deworming dates, vet appointments, and any small behavioral changes I notice. With all of that in one spot, the moment my cat seems unwell or needs a checkup, I can pull up the full history instantly. It genuinely makes care easier.
This approach isn’t limited to cats — it works just as well for dogs or any other pet. The key is having a simple log you’ll actually open and update often, because good pet care starts with knowing your animal’s data well enough.
